If there is a problem with a poster.
If you have any questions or complaints about a poster you have bought, please contact us. You can email us at sales@motiveculture.com.
We can only replace posters if they are damaged or defective. If you think are eligible for a replacement, please email us at sales@motiveculture.com and we'll issue a replacement free of charge if required.
For commissions we cannot offer a refund but please call or email to discuss any issues.
